So we have talked about a lot both in this presentation and the one before. So there's a lot of concepts to wrap your head around. Don't try to do all of this, is just my advice. Don't try to do all of this at 100%, right when you go into the operatory next. Okay, this is a lot to think about and we still have the demands and the stresses of seeing our patients. And so we don't want to overload ourselves. So what I recommend is just take one concept, maybe you're going to work on your maxillary positioning that week or maybe you're going to get some cushions and start playing around with that. Or you're gonna figure out how to incorporate microbreaks into your appointment. Just start with one thing, master that, and then move on to the next thing just so that you don't overwhelm yourself. A lot of this is about change and change is not easy. We in dentistry, we've gone through a lot of change since COVID and we're still here and I just get, I get motivated every time I talk to dental clinicians or coach dental clinicians because we really we're in the most at risk profession as far as working through this pandemic, and we're still here and we're still seeing our patients. But as far as ergonomics go, if you want to feel better, if you want to have more energy, if you want to ensure that you're going to be able to practice or ensure your long term health, it is going to require some change. Just take it slow. Know that you can do it though, because we really can do anything. I'm starting to find out. But take it slow and just be patient with yourself. But be consistent because that's when change really starts to take form.
So here are some ways that you can contact me. I want you to reach out for me if you have any questions, whether it's about ergonomics or about equipment, you know how we wish that our patients would ask us before they go buy out that random by that random toothbrush or this charcoal toothpaste or whatever it is I want you to do the same when you're thinking about buying an piece of ergonomic equipment. I'm very responsive. I'm very quick to respond. If you e-mail me or reach out to me on social media. So I want to be here as a resource for you. So please reach out. They can thank you so much for your time. Thank you for your interest and your health. And thank you Crest and Oral-B for hosting this wonderful series.
